A person answers during business hours. After hours you'll get voicemail, and it gets seen rather than ignored.
Book a free inspection
Two questions, then someone calls you back. Usually the same day.
Fastest way to reach us. Call (610) 890-4800. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm. Outside those hours you'll reach voicemail, and every message gets checked and returned as fast as we can. Email [email protected] if it isn't urgent. Every inspection is free and comes with photographs of whatever gets found.

What happens next
Usually the same day. You'll be asked what's going on and roughly when the roof went on.
Around 30 minutes, and you don't need to be home unless there's attic work involved.
Whatever gets found, photographed, with a plain explanation of what it means.
Scope spelled out, decking allowance stated, financing options if you want them.
If it isn't the right time, that's the end of it. You won't get chased for six months.
What we believe
Condition One is a faith-based company. Honesty, integrity, respect, kindness and community aren't marketing words here, they're the standard the company was built on.
You'll see it in small things. Phones answered straight, quotes that say what they mean, and a crew that treats your home like someone lives there.
Straight answers
No. Inspections and estimates are free, with no obligation.
If the roof turns out to be fine, that's what you'll be told.
Same day when water is coming in, once we've spoken.
If it's after hours, leave a message. It gets seen and returned fast. Emergency work is about stopping water, and the proper repair happens in daylight when it can be done to standard.
Yes, registered in New Jersey under 13VH11942300.
Mostly northern and central New Jersey, and southern New Jersey as well. Newark and the New York suburbs are the one part we stay out of.
Not an honest one.
A roof is priced by size, pitch, layers and complexity, and none of those can be assessed down a phone line. What you can get on the phone is a straight conversation about what is likely going on, and a free inspection that turns it into a written number.
Or book an inspection online. Free either way, and photographed so you can see what we saw.
