Roofing
Replacement, repair, storm work and free inspections. Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and every rep can be checked by name before you let them in.
Where to start. If your roof is leaking, you want a repair. If it's past 20 years or damaged across several slopes, you're looking at replacement. If a storm went through, it may be an insurance claim rather than something you pay for. All three start the same way, with someone getting on the roof and telling you what's there.
What we do
Roofing options and material
A roof is a system rather than a pile of shingles, and most of what decides how long it lasts is under the part you can see.

Why it matters here
Being GAF Master Elite means the whole roof goes on as one system, leak barrier and deck protection and ventilation included, and it gets warranted as one thing.
That's what unlocks the Golden Pledge: 50 years non-prorated on material defects, 25 to 30 years on workmanship, tear-off and disposal included. Terms are set by GAF and vary by system.
President's Club is the part almost nobody local has. You have to be Master Elite first, which is about the top 2 percent of roofers in the country, and then fewer than half of those make the cut.
Recent residential work
Listed by town rather than street address, because these are people's homes.

Straight answers
Age and spread. Under about 15 years with damage in one spot is a repair. Past 20, or damage across several slopes, is a replacement.
Two layers already up there pushes it toward replacement too, because a third isn't allowed and tearing off two costs more than one.
No.
Someone gets on the roof, photographs what they find, and tells you what it needs. If that turns out to be nothing, that's what you'll hear.
Same or next day for anything leaking, and within a few days for everything else.
After hours you'll get voicemail, but it gets checked and you get a call back fast. Water getting in overnight causes more damage than the original hole, so it does not sit.
Yes. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Most of the work is eastern PA, from the Lehigh Valley down through Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery counties.
Free inspection, photographed, with a straight answer on what it needs. If that's nothing, that's what you'll be told.
