That information is stored in the customer management software used to run the business, and it is visible to the office staff and the account manager assigned to your job. Install crews are given the address and the scope of work, which is what they need to do the job.
If a job goes through an insurance claim, the details of the damage and the property are shared with your carrier and their adjuster, because that is how a claim gets paid.
