Aerial view of a commercial building with a newly installed low slope roof

Recent work

Roofs worth
pulling over for.

Named jobs, real towns, and the system used on each. Ask about any of them and you'll get a straight answer.

Why the towns are listed. Anyone can post a stock photo of a roof. Naming the job and the town means you can go and look at it, and it means a neighbor two streets over can tell you how it went. That's the only kind of proof worth putting on a website.

What goes on them

The same system every time

Nearly all of the residential work is a complete GAF system: leak barrier at the valleys and eaves, deck protection across the field, starter strip, Timberline HDZ, ridge cap and balanced ventilation.

That matters because the Golden Pledge warranty covers the system rather than the shingle, and it can only be written by a Master Elite contractor.

Commercial is different work with different systems, and the right one depends on the building, the slope and what is already up there.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked

Can I see a job near me?

Usually, yes. Ask and you'll get an address in your area.

It's a fair thing to ask for and any contractor who cannot produce one nearby is telling you something.

Will you give me references?

Yes, and recent ones rather than a curated list from three years ago.

There are also over a hundred Google reviews, which are harder to cherry pick than a reference sheet.

Do you photograph every job?

Every job gets photographed before, during and after.

That's partly for insurance documentation and partly because it's the only way to show the parts of a roof nobody ever sees once it's finished.
